are we really accountable to no one when we blog since no one really asked us to blog, they are not paying us to blog?
some bloggers in the internet argue this way. is there really a need to be accountable or responsible in the first place?
of course, as moderators, we say that we really need to be responsible and accountable for what we personally think is not limited to us anymore as we put it in a medium as fast as lightning when transmitting information to the ends of the earth. what you think may affect what others think. we may hurt people. we may expose things which does not concern others or worse, may cause chaos and misunderstanding or even reveal aspects of the lives of others which are entrusted to us or those which they didn't want to be transmitted to others.
some even argue that blogs is a split between being a personal journal and being a communication tool.
one should make sure of what his purpose is. if he wants a personal journal, better make sure he/she uses a private blog or blogs with better privacy options.
if you can't help but share your ideas and opinions to the world about various things under the sun, then go ahead, make blogs as your communication tool, but remember to be accountable and responsible.

Blog regulation should be done using filtering media, as some companies do to their incoming internet traffic.
Promotion of hate, discrimination, and other media of social disturbance should be prevented through this regulation.
