Objectives of this campaign

• Generate awareness and education in terms of responsible blogging
• Formulate some netiquette or net etiquette to serve as guide to bloggers
• To be able to promote self-regulation among the bloggers with the netiquette as guide

Statement of the Problem

The freedom and power that blogging gave internet users are often abused and misused. Unregulated, there are blog sites that contain crass to pornographic materials that are easily available to other users. Internet users overlook the fact that with freedom comes responsibility. We are not concerned with the legality of bloggers as journalists, but with the morality they exhibit to the content they publish. To what extent can blog sites be regulated?
